The Fi-Speed Advantage

Hotel and resort owners can leverage existing coaxial cabling infrastructure to deliver multi-gigabit high-speed internet and 4K IPTV without the need for expensive construction, rewiring, or major capital investments. Fi-Speed provides a cost-effective and reliable way to bring fiber-quality broadband directly to each guest room or unit across your property.

The Fi-Speed-2.5G-MN Micronode utilizes MoCA Access technology to connect a 10 Gbps Ethernet or PON uplink and distribute 2.5 Gbps data throughput over up to 4 coax outputs, reaching as far as 275 meters (about three football fields). A single Micronode can connect up to 124 Fi-Speed-CNUs (customer modems) to deliver lightning-fast, stable broadband to every guest space.

Because Fi-Speed uses the existing coax network, there’s no need to dig trenches or install new cabling, making deployment quick and disruption-free. Its ultra-low latency (<3ms coax + fiber round trip) and robust, wired connectivity ensure seamless support for every connected device, from mobile phones and tablets to 4K smart TVs, gaming consoles, IPTV, OTT, VOD, and VOIP services.

Fi-Speed offers an easy plug-and-play setup, remote power capability via Intelligent Power over Coax (no need to run power to the Micronode), and delivers fiber speeds over coax for a fraction of the cost of new fiber installations. For hospitality environments, that means happy guests, improved online experiences, and an efficient way to future-proof your property’s network.
